Once the child has been with the adoptive parents for a while that child has already begun the bonding process and it can hurt them at their core to snatch them back. As much as the biological parents don't want to think about it, that child will harbor an anger inside them for being forced to leave their family. Even if they're not old enough to remember, they will grow up with anger issues and no one will understand why. Most of the time NO.
