is there anybody who knows somebody who would like to place their baby for adoption. i would like to adopt a baby. i had 2 miscarriages and 1 failed IVF and thinking that adopting a baby would complete our family. We have a stable Assisted Living business in Fl. and we’re Christians and rest assured that the baby will be well love.

Im not sure you should be asking for a baby over the internet. I think you should be checked out like everyone else who would like to adopt. Im sure you are a lovelyperson and have a lovely family etc but rules are rules xx Katie S

why dont you sign up with an agency. they do all the interviewing, screening, searching for you. thats why they have them. fashionista

I do not know anyone who is placing a baby for adoption and if I did I wouldn’t tell you.
You need a home study to make sure that your family is suitable place for children. And a lawyer for the legal side of things. And hopefully an adoption agency to make sure you don’t #8&# over the birth mother. Try this site- it has lots of info on adoption. You’re not allowed to solicit for children there though, they’ll kick you off so don’t try it.
Don’t ask for babies on the internet- it makes you look either uneducated or crazy, plus I’m pretty sure its against the rules here. LORI

You can foster a child to eventually adopt in your area. Therre are plenty of children in need of homes already born. contact family services. justmyopinion

I’m sorry for all the rude answers you have received on here. I have found this adoption forum to not be a very kind place…which is very unfortunate. My family is adopting a little girl from China. We are going through America World Adoption Agency based out of Virgina. We do not live in Virginia…you can live in any state and go through them. Steven Curtis Chapman is their spokesperson.
I’m sorry about your miscarriages and failed IVF. My husband and I used fertility treatments as well to conceive our daughter. There are many avenues you can take with adoption…domestic, international, or going through an attorney. I asked on here as well about anyone looking for adoptive parents for their child and was met with many rude comments as well. Pray about it, and God will show you the direction to go. There is a wonderful book called “Blessings of Barreness” that you may want to consider reading. Also you may email me privately if you want to discuss this further. God bless you. slm4jesus

Yes. I know tons of people who are just wanting to give their babies away all the time. Women just go around all the time giving them away don’t you know?
All my friends are doing it.

Get some help and resolve your issues before you even seriously consider adoption.

I understand that it is hard to have a baby, but it is not the place to be putting yourself out there like that. you should look more into doing it the right way because this may bite you in your a$$ later. So god bless and you do the right thing. Bear

Im sorry but i have reoprted this. Your question should never have got onto this site… Many people cannot adopt or have children of their own. Can you imagine if this actually pulled off and your child asked where they came from and you said ..Oh i got you from a yahoo questions and answers site???
Not Good.. As a christian myself i would never ever go down this route no matter how desperate i was.You are a disgrace to the christian community and to this site.
