My Adopted Baby

So, I’m 16 and I’m a mommy to a beautiful 11 month baby girl. See, my baby’s daddy is 16 too and we recently broke up (boyfriend of 2 years). I lived with his parents and him for like more than half of my baby’s life but things started getting rocky & i moved out. And since I’m underage, I have no insurance for her. His parents are trying to adopt her (bad idea, trust me) But then so is my mom. So if i were to sign my baby over to my mom, for adoption, would I need the baby’s daddy’s signature on it too? His parents are stuck up snobs, who talk smack about me behind my back. Who only want me living in their house for MY baby, & they don’t even act like she’s my baby. They always take her away from me, and so im scared that if i sign her over, they wont sign her back.

Im just curious if you can like adopt it back or something cuz it seems like teenagers give it for adoption cuz they cant tKe care of it and they have to go to school but im sure that they want it back in the future when they are married and out of collage and have a job and are ready. ??

In the beginning the father wanted the baby. Now he has said he doesn’t want baby but will not agree to outside adoption but will only adopt to his parents. Neither one agrees on who to give baby to. What do we do…as parents they have caused both sides of families to be so under stress. We are all concerned for the baby.
