Jessica asked: I am almost due and am starting to think about adoption. The babies father is very against it and said he wont let it happen. Is there anyway I can do it with out his permission? He is a drug addict who has been using my whole pregnancy and I do not want him to end up with the baby. I am not sure what to do…Any ideas?

yayamush asked: if the paper work is not fully completed when the baby is born who gets to take the baby home, the birth mother or the adopting parents?
well my boyfriend is adopting his sisters baby, and we were wondering how the taking home would work. his sister doesnt have a choice in to keep the baby or not so thats not an option.
