Iker Casillas asked:

I would like to know how easy (and likely) is it to give a baby in adoption. In other words, is it possible that no one will want a specific baby and therefore it will be impossible to give him/her in adoption (considering a normal and healthy baby)? Also, do you think families are less interested in babies born to a young couple (late teens - early 20s). Also, how expensive can the whole process be? I mean, for the couple who is giving the baby away. Are adopting families willing to cover some of the medical expenses related to the birth of the baby?

Thanks.

OK, I have three questions. One, can a woman who KNOWS the father of her baby give up him/her up for adoption? Two, can a woman who sincerely DOES NOT know who the father is give her baby up for adoption? Three, a DNA test cannot reveal who a baby’s father is if the man who is the father isn’t there to test, right?

What can we do to get the baby and not let her be put up for adoption?

So my boyfriend has a baby on the way but the mother of that child wants to give the baby up for adoption. He wants to keep the baby himself but were not sure what needs to be done in order for that to happen. the mother of the baby will try anything she can so that wont happen. What does he need to do? There’s no talking with that woman…
Can she put the baby up for adoption even he goes down there and steps in saying hes the father and he wants his child?

Can you take your baby back after putting it up for adoption?

I’ve always been curious about this- If you put your baby up for adoption willingly (i.e. not because you’re a druggie or in jail or anything) and then you have a change of heart a few months later, are you allowed to “take” your baby back? Do adoption agencies allow you time to change your mind about it?

*I’m not putting my baby up for adoption but I’m just wondering.

Adoption Problems?

Music Is My Life ♥ asked:

This is a question from my cousin.
“I am 11 and I am an only child. I want a sister my age really bad an dmy parents said we could talk about it. But they said we would probably need to adopt like a 2 or 3 year old. Would an 11 year old be ok? Maybe a 5 yr old? Please write what you think a good age would be. Oh and my parents are 36 and 42.” That was the question. Please answer she is really very lonely.
This question is from her parents “We know anything older than 3 may have bad memories. But the couldnt be like horrid memories could they? But if they were like ok memories we are working on kepping those memories out of her mind if we got her. Would that work?”
more info from the messenger owl (me) They have been reading up and noticed many people have posted questions on websites and they think many of you may be getting the wrong idea. They want her to love and care for not to have just to use.

Why do some choose to blame their problems on adoption?

Oh yes now many of you do. Is is not true that you would still have problems? Is this not a convenient way to avoid taking responsibility? I am not trying to offend please believe me. Has not adoption added as much to your life as it has detracted? Is this not true. I am saddened.
