PolishChikka asked: I am fourteen almost fifteen years old. I just found out about a year ago that I was adopted.It has been very confusing and hard to understand even though I’m older.You see my birth mother is the cousin of my adopted parents.And she gave me up because she was very young and my birth father had died before I was born.My birth mother just married about two years ago,but the man of course she married is not my real father.
Today,in the mail there was an invatation to my birth mother’s baby shower.I know I should be excited and happy for her but it’s really difficult.
I guess you could say I get sort-of jealous that this child will get to stay with her and be raised by her and I was given up at birth.
I feel that she will always love this child more and not me.
I don’t know if I am reacting right or not…but I am so confused…How should I be reacting I mean should I be happy or upset?
thanx=]

Nicole25 asked:
We are planning to have a baby soon. I want the baby to have her last name and she wants to adopt the baby. The biological father is going to sign away his parental rights. I just want to see if anyone knows the process? Any information is good.

prettylassie8504 asked:
i don’ t think they should. once they give up that baby the adoption should be over. the mom should not be allowed to get the baby back. she decided to give it up.another reason why, the adoptive parents paid the money and legal expenses for their baby.

JS asked:
I’m thinking to write a story about a 18 year old cheerleader named Jamie who is raped by a band and got pregnant. Her parents persuaded her to give birth to her son and gave him in adoption. Jamie accepted and gave birth to a black son (although she’s blonde and caucasian) at home with the assistence of a midwife. After the birth, she felt rapidly in love with her son and now she doesn’t want to give him in adoption. Because to bring him to this world, she had suffered a lot of pain and he is made in part of Jamie’s body. Do you prefer Jamie give her baby in adoption or keep him and make him to be a good man when he grows up? Give me an answer, please!!!
Thank you!!!

The mother of the baby is 15 years of age and is somewhat in our family and the father has already signed the baby to the welfare on his side and they have found 3 couples already so what happens when my husband and i want to adopt the baby. Do we get rights as long distant family although we are abit late or do they have to choose one of those couples
