Putting the baby up for adoption?

How will my enlistment status change if i am unmarried and my ex girlfriend has a baby and puts it up for adoption, but to do that she for some reason has to take me to court? I am security forces and i am supposed to leave for basic in october. What happens? I won’t lose my job will I? If she takes me to court at the end of august or the beginning of september will it push back my ship out date?
