Currently pregnant and heard you can give your baby up for adoption for MONEY HELP?

Best thing I could tell you is check w/ your local government office on how to get in touch w/ surrogates and people interrested in adoption. That would be your best place to start. Please do this for the right reason and not “sell your baby” for a new car.

It’s one thing to have a couple who will help pay for your medical bills and whatnot. It’s another thing to decide who will adopt your child by what they will give you. You really shouldn’t have children and should go on birth control after this child is born. I can’t imagine how your child would one day feel at 18 when they can find out who you are, and that you gave them up just for the materialistic reasons.

You are sick - and you wouldn’t be a surrogate unless you have either the mother’s egg or the father’s sperm in you. A surrogate is when someone carries a baby for someone else, and in most cases it is a pre-arranged thing. You want to sell your baby? wow . . .

They don’t buy you things, that would be basically buying your baby. They will pay for the costs you have while being pregnant, and for hospital bills and things like that. What you are talking about is illegal, because it is basically buying your baby. That kind of makes me sick, that someone would even view a baby that way. I know you are unsure of keeping it, but he or she is a human being. Your baby does not exist for you to profit from. You are not a surrogate because you wouldn’t be carrying their baby. Surrogates sometimes get paid for their services but they are chosen by the parents for that purpose.

That is illegal… You cannot SELL your baby. And if you’re already pregnant, you would not be a surrogate. I hope this is a sick joke.

It doesnt sound like you know what a surrogate mother is.. It’s when they take THEIR egg and insert it into you to make a baby using their egg and sperm.. You’re already pregnant and cant become a surrogate mom….

FYI: I’ts illegal to sell or buy a baby, it is ok for a person to help pay for the birthmother’s medical or living expenses though.
If you’re already pregnant and/or give your baby up for adoption that has NOTHING to do with surrogacy.

Google “open adoption” … I hope you were kidding about the cash cow part, but at least you didn’t ask about free abortions, people do pay good money for babies from healthy mothers. They want to be part of the pregnancy and all that. My boyfriend’s boss asked me when I was pregnant at 17 if I didn’t want to keep it, he’d pay us $15k but I could never give up my baby.

That’s sick you are talking about your baby as if it was a material possession. If anything put the baby up for adoption (because obviously you are already lacking in parenting skills or having any kind of maternal instinct), or you can just live with yourself knowing that you sold your baby for money.

Adoption is a highly legal and very tightly regulated process. Any exchange of money is considered human trafficking.

ok- all adoption pay the mother living expenses. The will pay housing, dr bills, food costs, transportation, etc. Some will also give you money for after the bay is born to get on your feet. Just look up adoption on the internet,or paper, or phonebook and talk to a consultant. They can match you with lots of families and you get to pick which one. You might be able to get them to buy you a small house and cheap car and pay bills for the time you are preggo.
HOWEVER- I would like to add that if you are ONLY giving the baby up for money reasons then the Dept of Public Health will pay preg moms TANF and give you food stamps and pay medical bills, you can apply for section 8 or housing and get free or low cost rent, crisis pregnancy center in your town will give you baby items for free, and you can go to school still (free and they give you more money with financial aid for college_ and the will pay for daycare. They will give you bus coupons or taxi coupons to ride for free and when you get taxes back it would be enough to buy a cheap car of your own. So if money is the only reason THERE IS HELP FOR MONEY.
But if you feel you are unable to care for a baby properly and don’t have support to help or feel you would hurt the baby when you get stressed out then give it to a family who wants a baby and can’t have one.
Make a choice you can live with the rest of your life. IT IS YOUR CHOICE!

You know… I had so much trouble getting pregnant with my DD and trying now for a second child and can’t seem to get pregnant. It really upsets me that you would honestly ask where you can jump on the cash cow to sell your child. Children are a blessing and deserve the best life you can give them. You are not mature enough to raise your child with proper values or love. My recommendation would be to contact an adoption agency about placing your child in a loving home….away from you. What type of responses did you think you would get??

The money those women receive are for medical bills and sometimes, depending on the situation, housing or food or other necessities. A woman isn’t paid for her child. That is illegal.
Also, giving your baby up for adoption shouldn’t be soley for the money. You should be doing it because you know you can’t provide that baby with a proper lifestyle. Because you know your baby will prosper somewhere else. For good, loving reasons. Not monetary, selfish reasons. That’s really sad if that’s why you’re thinking about doing it.

By the sounds of things your baby would be better off with a different parent anyways. You sound like you are missing some neuron receptors and therefore probably have no idea as to why your question is so offensive. I have another idea for you. Perhaps you could travel to some developing countries and sell them your organs. I hear there is a real “cash cow” in the black market for kidneys and eye sockets etc…..You are sitting on a gold mine!!!!
