You can either use a sperm donor to have a baby that is genetically yours and the donors, or you could use a sperm donor to fertilize your girlfriend/wife's egg, and have that implanted in you. You would be having your girlfriend/wife's baby then.

It is possible for two women to have a child that is genetically both theirs. Unfortunately, this method is still in the experimentation process. Perhaps you should read the articles I posted below.

Invetro (sp?) Fertilization - my sister's spouse was sterile, so they injected a donor's sperm and she got pregnant. It's not cheap though - so you may have so save $ and it doesn't always take, and you have to go back again.

go to a sperm bank and use a sperm

use Inverto fertilization (IVF-- warning, can be painful, emotional, and won't always work)

or you can use a sperm from a sperm doner, put it in one of your eggs, and put that egg in the other partner's uterus, which, in a way, makes it both yours

hoped this helped

You cannot have one that is genetically both yours and hers. As others have mentioned, you can get sperm donated, but then the child will only be related to you genetically, not to your girlfriend. If that doesn't matter to her, it would seem to be the best way.
