When I was looking into adoption, they didn't want to deal with people under 25 so chances are she won't be able to. Plus, is she prepared to fork over 30k plus for the adoption?! I think she's crazy and needs to enjoy some time as an adult before thinking about taking on another responsibility like that. They must have been married at least two years. If either person has previously divorced, the couple must have been married at least five years. No more than two divorces are allowed. 2. Both partners must be between the ages of 30 and 50. Don't be too worried. Adoption is a BEAUTIFUL thing - but it's not very likely she will be permitted to do so at her age and the wait is years.
