i gave the wrong information to the adoption agency about my baby father?

No, his family doesn’t have rights (usually), but he has rights, and should be given every opportunity to partake in the life of his child barring abusiveness.
I suggest you contact the adoption agency to “correct” the false information that you supplied to them, and pass on to your kids’ father this link: 7rin
