I chose to keep my daughter and thank God I did. I love that little girl to pieces!!! I worked hard to get things in order though. I was determined to be finished with school by the time I gave birth and I was. I finished 6 months early and enough time to get my house in order before she came. I walked with my class at graduation and my daughter was there. Her grandma made her a little cap and gown that was adorable. I know there's never a day that I regret keeping my beautiful Liyah. I was in this situation 5 years ago when I was 17. I chose to keep my daughter and thank God I did. I love that little girl to pieces!!! I worked hard to get things in order though. Today, I`m 40 weeks and 2 days. Being pregnant has totally turned my life around for the better. I was off on the wrong road, and when I found out I was pregnant I had to stop doing the things I was doing. I had somebody else to think about, a living human being growing inside of me. A baby doesn't stop your life completely, it just gives you someone to love, and another person you have to care about. However, it all depends on how much support you have. I am very lucky to have a very supportive family, who have been helping me through this whole pregnancy, and will continue to do so. I am very against abortion. There is just something about terminating an innocent childs life over your mistake. If you feel as if you cannot raise a child, and that you are not ready, give him/her up for adoption so that somebody who is unable to have such joy in their life, will be able to have their precious baby.
