My only experience is with having my own 2 children and 1 on the way. I can tell you that though the bond to our children incredible - so is the challenge that it adds to all aspects of life. All I am trying to say is that it isn't easy and you sound like you already know that. Even with all of my "ducks in a row", I still felt a lot of stress at times. I don't feel comfortable telling you what you should do - but it is wonderful that a new life is inside you and will be born in less than 20 weeks! You have lots of time to think this through and seek help. There are lots of different adoption arrangements these days. Personally, I think that a person would understand your choice if they grew up and found out they were adopted. Again, no expert here. I almost think this topic is TOO BIG for this forum. I do wish you all the best. A baby is a gift and a blessing to the Earth. What you choose to do now will affect the life and experiences that he or she has. I don't think that adoption is a bad thing.
