Is ther anyway to place your baby up for adoption without your husbands signiture?
While living in New York State.
She never wanted this baby. She found out too late. Her husband doen’t even help with the other twi kids, all he does is work. I dont know the whole story, I just know she feels like it’s the rfight thing, her husband feels differently though =/

The internet baby black market.
Legally? No.

Not without committing fraud and jeopardizing the legality of the adoption.

Fraud and kidnapping charges? Is that what you are willing to face?
Why don’t you want your husband to raise the child?
More details and I will give you a better answer.
ETA: If she is unhappy being married and having a third child she should leave her husband and after birth he should either take custody or sign relinquishment papers. I bet that he will figure out a way to keep and raise his baby.
Being a wife is optional she can leave him but she can’t take his baby and place it for adoption without his consent. She CAN refuse to parent the child. Lots of men don’t mind raising their children.

both parents must agree. So the answers no.
i am so tired of people who are trying to find ways to be deceitful. Stop it.

No. It is not possible and unlike unmarried men, he could easily overturn the adoption because the adoption agency can’t pretend he doesn’t exist.

No and there never should be. Whether she wants the baby or not, it isn’t only her decision. Her unborn child deserves so much more than a deceitful, lying adoption process just to get her baby into the next couples hands.

we were talking to a pregnant woman in california, and the husband wasn’t supporting adoption - our agency told us that is probably couldn’t happen unless he signed. She was separated from him, and he was abusive. In the end she decided to parent, so we didn’t follow through with it.

Not legally or ethically.

No she can’t. He has as much legal right to this child as she does..

No she cannot!
Perhaps suggest couples counselling to her

Not unless she can prove he is unfit.
