Do you know what agency your sister's going to use? Are you signed up with that agency? Just how are you going to get that baby? It's your sister's decision. Her body. Her baby. It's nice that you want to get involved but if she doesn't want you to then you don't have any rights. I'd say you need to find out what agency she's going to use & petition that agency to be able to adopt if that's what you want. You can't force your sister to give you her baby.
