I’m 19. It’s my first child. I want to keep him because he is my first child. I don’t see whats the point of me carrying a child around for 9 months and then give him away. My mother is in my ear..looking out for me. Her choice was to give him up for adoption. I love my unborn baby. But i don’t think i’m be able to support him the way i want to. But i’ve seen and experience single parents raising their child and they came out fine. I don’t know what to do. I know there are open adoption options. But that is saying that the adoptive parents have to send me pics of my child and i keep in contact with them til he’s 18. i can keep contact with him if i keep him.

we are giving up our baby for adoption and i am just curious as to if the adoptive parents will be able to truly love our child as if it was their own even though the child is adopted. I worry about if we are making the right choice by going with adoption.

Has anyone heard whether the Hague Convention is looking into this? How can adoptive parents claim that they are going abroad to rescue an “orphan” when there is ever increasing evidence that they are buying children stolen from the arms of loving parents?

Is there any way to give your baby back after you give it up for adoption? The baby is almost year old. The adoption has been final for 8 months. I was promised an open adoption and then the adoptive parents moved and changed their names and now i cant find them. There was no open adoption contract. I didn’t think that i needed one they were my friends.

But i always wondered.
If u did for your unborn baby,
And the agents found good adoptive parents for it.
You signed all papers and such
But then you start getting closer to the due date u start getting cold feet and dont wanna give it up and decide to raise him/her.

i don’ t think they should. once they give up that baby the adoption should be over. the mom should not be allowed to get the baby back. she decided to give it up.another reason why, the adoptive parents paid the money and legal expenses for their baby.
