why do some adults suggest that teens who are pregnant give their baby up 4 adoption? or abortion?

like me personaly, if i was to have a baby right now, i wouldnot waste my 9 months of pain, and pregnancy just to give it away for adoption… id find the best wa i can to make it for the both of us =)
