I have already contacted agencies and have told them that i don’t know who he is. He is a very abusive man, and wont be able to financially, physically and emotionally provide for a baby. Will Medicaid pay for prenatal and birth if baby is given up for adoption?

My sister is currently pregnant and her prenatal care is being covered by Medicaid (in Arkansas). My husband and I are planning to adopt her baby right at birth. Will Medicaid still cover the prenatal care and birth expenses, or will we be expected to reimburse these costs?
