My Adopted Baby

So, I’m 16 and I’m a mommy to a beautiful 11 month baby girl. See, my baby’s daddy is 16 too and we recently broke up (boyfriend of 2 years). I lived with his parents and him for like more than half of my baby’s life but things started getting rocky & i moved out. And since I’m underage, I have no insurance for her. His parents are trying to adopt her (bad idea, trust me) But then so is my mom. So if i were to sign my baby over to my mom, for adoption, would I need the baby’s daddy’s signature on it too? His parents are stuck up snobs, who talk smack about me behind my back. Who only want me living in their house for MY baby, & they don’t even act like she’s my baby. They always take her away from me, and so im scared that if i sign her over, they wont sign her back.
