What percentage of teen mothers give their baby up for adoption?

I’m doing a project in health class and my teacher says that we will get bonus marks if we figure out the percentage of mothers that give their child up for adoption, have an abortion, or raise the baby themselves.

i would say about 30% have abortion
40% get it adopted
30% raise it there selves
