Now-a-days families want to keep their babies in their families rather then sending them away to live with strangers. People are a lot more enlightened than they were 20-30 years ago when teens were send away in shame to homes. The trend now is for older women to give their babies away. Good angles to present for your school project to prevent unnecessary adoptions would include: -Reduce teen pregnancies in the first place by better sex education and better access to convenient, free contraceptive services. -Have abortion services available for anyone who wishes to end an unwanted pregnancy. -Direct those who do wish to continue their pregnancies to needed community resources so they will better be able to parent their children.
