The best advice I can give you is to see an attorney or contact legal aid right away. They will know the laws for your state and country as well as anything else you need to know. Good luck and congratulations on the wee baby!

Is that fair to the baby? You know, you never really sign away your rights,,its a false disclaimer. THIS OF THE KID with two moms…not normal, not what nature designed.
What is in the best interest of the child is what the court will determine, not YOUR interest …and if you break up with this girl???
